Like many companies, we also have the problem of finding suitable and motivated employees. The old ways via headhunters and placing job advertisements no longer work so well. So, I decided to take a different approach: for the search for a new Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales, we produced and published a short video:

After only 2 hours it was viewed already a lot. I am curious if and which applications will be received via this way.
